Sci-fi is a mixed genre of science, philosophy, social psychology, and history. It is a form of post-mondernism or futurism.
Through the scope of Sci-fi films and books, we shall see the world from a more objective, rational and truthful angle.
The fictional reality in sci fi narratives are usually covered in darkness and bleakness, but humanity will always shed lights on it. Without humanity, we will be left in a hopeless abyss.
This is the reason for us to appreciate the existence of science fiction- the prophecy of the future, or the mirror of the present- it always enlightens us, stimulates us to be the best generations as we can be.
